JRF Geophysics Job in University of Hyderabad at Hyderabad

Applications are invited for the eligible candidates (Indian nationals only) on a plain paper or in the attached format (form —B) for the following temporary post in the research project entitled "The structure and tectonics of the Indian Subcontinent and the adjoining Ocean: a quantitative assessment of the past and present geology", sponsored by Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB).

3. Salary: INR 31,000

4. Qualifications: M.Sc./M.Sc. (Tech) in Geophysics/ Earth Science/ Seismology/ Physics or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate marks.

5. Desirable: Candidates having knowledge/experience of Seismology and Geophysical modeling will be preferred

6. Duration: Depending upon suitability of the candidate, the position will beoffered for one year and can be extended based on performance and review after every year until duration of the Project
