Name of the Project: Selective Isolation of Sex Specific Spermatozoa in Bovines using Novel Biomarkers Identified through an Integrated Proteomic and Genomic Approach.

JRF/1 Post

Qualification: Postgraduate degree in life science with NET/GATE/BET qualification or Graduate degree in Professional course with NET/GATE/BET qualification or Postgraduate degree in Professional Course as per DST OM No. SR/S9/Z-09/2012, dated 21st October 2014. Preferred subjects: Animal Reproduction, Animal Physiology, Biochemistry, Immunology and Biotechnology. Candidates without NET/GATE/BET qualification may also be considered for selection, but the remuneration will be as per DBT/DST Guidelines. Desirable Qualification Research experience in Veterinary Andrology, Semen analysis, Spermatozoa Sexing, protein isolation and purifications, one and two dimensional gel electrophoresis, Western blotting, RNA isolation, Quantitative PCR etc. Candidates should support their research experience with publication in scientific international journals.

Remuneration :Rs. 25000

Age Limit : 28 years
