JRF Library & Information Science job vacancies in Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Gandhinagar
Title : “Creating Subject Resource Guide for Sustainable Development”
Qualification : Candidate must have First Class Masters in Library & Information Science
(M.L.IS.c) or equivalent degree from a recognized university with consistent good academic record.
Should have valid score of UGC NET/JRF. One to two years of relevant experience is desirable. Candidates
having excellent internet browsing skills, knowledge of scholarly search engines and search techniques,
along with using MS Office and understanding about HTML will have an advantage. Knowledge of
LibGuide, SubjectsPlus, other CMS and associated software tools for creating resource guides will be
preferred. Expertise in writing annotations and abstract is desirable.
