Project Title : "Identification of salt responsive genes and micro RNA targets from salt tolerant Erianthus Arundinaceous clone IND99-884 through transcriptome analysis"

Qualification :
Post graduation(M.Sc/M. Tech) in Life Sciences(Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology) from recognized university with 4 years/5 years of bachelor's degree and 2 years master's degree. (or) Masters degree in life/basic sciences(Genetics/Plant Molecular Biology/Plantsciences/Bioinformatics/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbi ology/ Botany) with 3 years bachelors and 2 years masters degree having NET/GATE/Equivalent qualification. Desirable : Hands on work experience on data analysis for bioinformatics, computational biology, biochemical analysis, genetic transformation are preferred.
Remuneration : Rs.25,000
Age : 30- 35 years
Duration : Up to 31.03.2021 or till winding up of the project whichever is earlier.
