Project 1: Studies on the role of Curcumin in blocking p53 in the reduction of severity of -irradiation induced apoptosis of alveolar epithelial cells (PI: Dr. Yashodhar P Bhandary; Sanction No:35/14/22/2017-BRNS)

Essential qualification: M.Sc. degree with minimum 55% marks
in any life Science subjects. Candidates qualified in the CSIR-NET are
preferred. A good academic record, prior research experience, skills in cell
culture, PCR, Western blot, animal handling etc. are desirable.
Salary : Rs 25,000 p.m
Duration of fellowship: Three years and co-terminus with the
project
