DBT funded project entitled “Population Genomics and Mapping Signature of Natural Selection in Asian Seabass in
India”
Junior Research Fellow (upto March 2022 or coterminus with the project) / 01
Pay Scale: Rs. 31,000/- +16%HRA
Age: Maximum 35 years for male and 40 years for female
Essential Qualification: 1.Post Graduate degree in Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor degree Or Post Graduate degree (2 years) in Life Science/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology and Bachelor degree (3 years) with CSIR or ASRB NET (including LS)/GATE qualifications as mention in ICAR O.M. dated 30th July, 2019.
2.The candidate should be having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent OGPA/CGPA.
Desirable Qualification: 1.The candidate should have basic bioinformatic skills for NGS data handling. 2.Since this project requires exploratory surveys also, the recruited person should be prepared for exploration
