JRF Materials Science recruitment in IIIT Nagpur
Project entitled: “Electrospinning of lead free NBTBT6 based materials for sensors and energy harvesting applications”
Essential Qualifications: 1) M.Tech/M.E in Materials Science/Nanoscience and Nanotechnology/Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering or in equivalent stream with at least 7.0 CGPA or above 60 percent marks in aggregate from a recognized technical institute or university as a full time program. OR 2) M.Sc in Physics/Applied Physics/Engineering Physics / Materials Science / Nanoscience and Nanotechnology or in equivalent stream with at least 7.0 CGPA or above 60 percent marks in aggregate from a recognized technical institute or university as a full time program.
Desirable qualification: Qualified NET-JRF/GATE or any other national/state level examination
Desirable experiences: Experience in ceramics processing, Electrospinning of ceramic fiber, thin film deposition Also, Candidate should have a knowledge of electronic material characterization such as XRD, profilometer, SEM, AFM, etc. and device characterization such as electrical conductivity, CV, impedance measurements and PE measurement etc.

Project Duration: Three (03) Years
Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years as on the last date of application.
Fellowship: Rs.25,000/-pm (Fixed)
