Qualification : A first class Master's degree in Physics / Materials Science / Nanoscience & Nanotechaology and having qualified the NET/LS of UGC-CSIR or GATE. (*M.Tech /M.E. exempted from NET/GATE as per guidelines)
Age limit: 28 Years
