JRF Mathematics jobs in Indian School of Mines Dhanbad (ISM Dhanbad)
Name of the Project : Mathematical Modelling of Elastic Wave Propagation in Highly Anisotropic and Heterogeneous Media
No. of Post : 01
Essential/Desirable Qualification : Master’s Degree in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics with First class (if class is not mentioned 7.0 OGPA will be considered as First class) and GATE/NET qualification. In case of non-availability of GATE/NET qualified candidate, a project assistant without GATE/NET qualification will be appointed on a fellowship as per the institute norms. Candidate who has prior knowledge in the relevant research area will be preferred.
Stipend NBHM Norms: Rs. 25,000/- for 1st and 2nd Year and Rs. 28,000/- for 3rd Year. Salary will be fixed based on the qualification and experience of the candidate. In case of non-availability of GATE/NET qualified candidate, a project assistant without GATE/NET qualification will be appointed as per institute norms.
Age : The upper age limit is 28 years
