JRF Mechanical Engg. recruitment in NIT Karnataka
Title of the project: “Improvement in the properties of thermally sprayed Hydroxyapatite bio-ceramic coating reinforced with nanostructured materials”
Essential Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% aggregate score (6.5/10 CGPA) and M. Tech/M. E in Manufacturing Engineering or technology or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering with a minimum of 60% aggregate score (6.5/10 CGPA).
Applicant must be GATE qualified. Those who are appearing for M.Tech/ M.E last semester may also apply.
Proof of M.Tech/ M.E certificate has to be provided during the time of interview. Mechanical Engineering Stream with specialization in Manufacturing Engineering
Desired Skills: Work experience related to thermal spray coating fabrication, characterization and analysis. The candidate should know the fundamentals of biomaterials, especially in thermal spray coating. The candidate should know the fundamentals of materials and metallurgy. Ability to work in a team, good communication skills and experience in experimental research.
Age Limit: 28 years
Salary: Rs,31,000/month for first two years and 31,000/month for first two years and Rs. 31,000/month for first two years and 35,000/month for third year
