Job Description
1. Applications are invited for TWO Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a DST funded project entitled “IoT enabled wearable nasal cap for air filter, viral guard and sensors for early detection of Covid-19 symptoms”, under the investigatorship of Dr. Satish Kumar Dubey (PI) (Mech. E) Dr. Sanket Goel (EEE) (Co-PI), Dr. Ruchi Jain Dey (BioSc) (Co-PI) and Dr. G Kalyan Kumar (Medical Center) Clinician
2. Deserving TWO JRFs may be considered for Ph.D. program at BITS-Pilani if he/she meets the requirements of Ph.D. qualification process as per the institute norms (http://www.bitsadmission.com/phmain.aspx). Also, Institute Fellowship will be considered after completion of the project fellowship.

5. Eligibility: Essential Qualification
a. M.E./M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Bioengineering / or equivalent.
b. Candidates with UGC NET JRF, DST-Inspire, GATE etc. will be given preference.
6. Desirable Qualification
a. Experience in the area of MEMS / Microfluidics / Prototyping / Electrochemical Detection.
b. Candidates with publication(s)
7. Fellowship: As per DST Norms (₹31,000 per month) for GATE / UGC qualified candidates. Plus HRA as per DST and Institute norms
8. Duration: One year. May be considered for financial support during the remaining PhD duration, if selected for PhD
9. Place of work: BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, Hyderabad
