Applications are invited from the interested candidates for one temporary position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in a RCI-DRDO sponsored Project entitled “Development of Active Cooling for Avionics”.
1. Project title: Development of Active Cooling for Avionics
2. Position title: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

5. Essential Qualifications: First class B. Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with not less than 60% aggregate or not less than 6.5 CGPA and First class M.Tech/ M.E in Mechanical Engineering/ Thermal Engg./ Heat transfer/ CFD/ Energy Engg./Ref &AC/ or any other thermal allied specialization, GATE score
6. Desirable requirements: GATE score
7. Emoluments: 31,000/- pm for two years
8. HRA/Accommodation: The selected candidate is eligible for on campus Hostel & Mess facilities at their own expenses.
9. Job nature: Design and simulation of piezo actuated micro blower, Dynamic characterization of micro blowers, Study the flow and heat transfer characteristics of micro blower devices for electronic cooling applications, Experimental investigation on the thermal performance of piezo electric micro blower, CFD modelling and numerical simulation on micro blowers, finding optimal design of micro blowers for control in active noise and vibrations
10. Other Benefits: The selected candidate is eligible to register for PhD degree at NIT Warangal (if he/she has a valid GATE score). However, he/she needs to apply for PhD position when the advertisement is open.
