Job description: The selected candidate will be working on “genetic engineering of fungal host for the production of cellulase for biofuel industry”.

Qualifications: The incumbent should have M.Sc in Microbiology/Biotechnology or related area and must have qualified CSIR UGC-JRF/DBT-JRF/ICMR-JRF. Experience in yeast/fungal molecular biology and microbial cultivation is preferred. Prior experience of genetic engineering and biochemical techniques etc. are of added advantage.
