Title : “Development of Novel Binding Systems for Restructured Buffalo Meat Products”
Qualification : M.V.Sc. (Livestock Products Technology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry) or M.Sc. (Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Animal Science. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with three/five years Bachelor’s Degree and two years Master’s degree should have NET qualification as mentioned in the OM SR/S9/Z-09/2012 of DST dated 21/10/2014 or Ph.D in above mentioned subjects. Desirable work Experience : Experience of handling bioanalytical or Biochemical techniques, molecular biology, handling of bacterial strains and meat processing. Published research paper and laboratory experience will be desirable.
