Project Title : “Genetic dissection of heat tolerance using bulk-segregant RNA sequensing (BSR-Seq) in groundnut”

Qualification : M.Sc.(Agri) in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology/Plant Biotechnology/Genetics and Plant Breeding/Crop Physiology/Biochemistry with expertise in Molecular work as evident by thesis or publications. Preference will be icon to the candidates with skills in both wet lab work (including DNA/RNA isolation, PCR/RT-PCR, gel and capillary electrophoresis) and bioinformatics data analysis.
