JRF Physics Job Opportunity at Jawaharlal Nehru University
Project: “Understanding spin transport in van der Waals heterostructures for atomically thin spin-logic and memory devices”
Essential qualification: M.Sc. in Physics,Electronicswith a minimum of 60% and experience in semiconductor device modeling, simulation,and device characterization.
Desired Qualification: Basic knowledge of quantum electronics and experiences in Density Functional Theory (DFT).
No. of position: 1
Fellowship: As per Funding agency norms.
Duration: The initial position of the JRF is for one year and it will be extended year wise for another 2 years depending on the performance of the recruit.
