JRF Physics recruitment at IIT Kanpur The position is temporary and on contractual basis.

Eligibility : M.Sc in Physics/Mathematics with NET/GATE qualification or B.Tech/ B.E/ M.Tech in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering with NET/GATE qualification.
Desired Skills: Preference will be given to candidates having strong background in Fluid Mechanics, C, C++, Python and Parallel programming. The candidate should have good knowledge of fluid dynamics, spectral method, parallel programming.
Knowledge of visualization softwares like Visit, Paraview, Tecplot etc. is recommended.
Salary: Rs. 25000 + Rs 5000 (HRA as per institute norms)
