Name of the Research Project : Fabrication of ultrathin MoTe2/MoS2 heterostructure based Infrared detectors by chemical vapour deposition technique
Essential Qualifications and experience : First class throughout the career with
minimum of 65% of marks in M. Sc./M.Tech.
in Physics / Materials Science.
Desirable Qualifications/ Experiences : Experience in synthesis and
characterizations of materials
No. of Post : 01
Fellowship : Rs. 25,000/- per month for 1st and 2nd year and Rs 28,000/- per month for 3rd year
