Title of the Project : “Design of Molybdenum Disulphide (MoS2) Field Effect Transistor for Radio Frequency Application”.
Qualification : Candidates with First class BTech/MTech/MSc in Physics/ Electronics or related subjects
Desirable (if any) : Candidates with experience in Atomistix Tool Kit and TCAD will be preferred
Stipend : M.Tech. and B.Tech./M.Sc. with NET or GATE: Rs. 25,000/- per month
