Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in the DRDO-DRL, Tezpur sponsored research project entitled "Screening of Mucuna pruriens (cowhage) and Urtica dioica (common nettle) for their potential in causing skin irritability" at Department of Department of Botany, Mizoram University, Aizawl, Mizoram. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with project. Position is initially available for one year, which may be extendable based on the candidate's performance on yearly basis.

1. Position: One (01 no.).

2. Name of the position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF).

3. Qualification: The applicant must have a Master's degree in Botany/ Plant Science / Life Sciences (Plant stream) and should have cleared CSIR-NET (Life Sciences). Candidate without NET may be considered for the post Project Assistant.

4. Fellowship: INR 25,000/-pm (consolidated))
