JRF Plant Sciences recruitment in Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (RGCB)
Title : "Characterization of a MADS box transcription factor in microalgae Coccomyxa"
Qualification : The candidate must have good academic record with first class Master's Degree in Plant Sciences, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or any other relevant subjects. Desirable Qualifications : Qualification in National Eligibility Test (CSIR-UGC NET/GATE). The work includes Algae cell culture therefore prior experience with plant tissue culture would be recommended. Prior experience with techniques in Molecular Biology is also desirable.

Emoluments: 25,000 + 20% HRA per month
Duration: 3 years or till termination of the project, whichever is earlier. The initial appointment will be given for one year and further extension will be based on the performance.
