Job Description
JRF Poultry Science job opportunities in Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI) on contract basis
Project entitled: “Value added products from poultry sleeves for environmental and economical viability of poultry processing”
Essential Qualification: MVSc in Livestock Products Technology/ Poultry Science/ Animal Biochemistry/ Animal Nutrition/ Veterinary Public Health or allied discipline OR M.Sc/M.Tech in Biochemistry/ Chemistry/ Food Science/ Food Technology or allied discipline. NET qualification is essential for M.Sc candidates.
(Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years Master’s Degree should have NET Qualification).
Desirable: Working knowledge of analytical biochemistry, food safety, microbiology, molecular biological techniques and knowledge of computer applications (web-searching, MS-office etc).
Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/- PM + HRA (as per Central Govt. norms).
Age limit: 30 years (Relaxation to SC/ST/OBC and women candidates as per Govt. of India norms.
