Qualification: M. Sc./M. Tech. in Physics/Materials Science with 55% of marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) from a UGC recognized university. Candidates with NET and/or research experience in Condensed Matter Physics, Material Science, Radiation Physics and Accelerator Physics background will be given preference.
