JRF/SRF Entomology job position in Dr. Y.S. Parmar University of Horticulture & Forestry

JRF/2 Posts

Project Title : (i) Establishment of functional food R and D centre and dissemination of the developed technology for the livelihood, nutritional security and entrepreneurship of the farm women of Himachal Pradesh (NMH - 006 - 05).

(ii) Assessment of climate change and its relationship with incidence of Dengue and related vector borne diseases in non-endemic state of Himachal Pradesh (HGI-205-63).

Qualification : M.Sc in Entomology. M.Sc. in Postharvest Technology, Fruit and Vegetable Preservation, Food Technology, Food Science and Technology, Food Science and Nutrition, Foods and Nutrition, Fruit Science, Floriculture and Landscape Architecture, Vegetable Science, and Seed Science and Technology.

Salary : Rs. 25,000 per month (fixed) + HRA.

SRF/2 Posts

Project Title :(i) Enhancing farm income through climate resilient Subhash Palekar Natural Farming System in Horticultural ecosystems under Prakritik Kheti Khushal Kisan Scheme (HMS-564-63).

(ii) Strengthening of Botanical garden through ex- situ conservation of rare, endangered, threatened, endemic and economic plant resources of North Western Himalayan Region at Dr Y S Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry (creation of unique biodiversity garden in North India)" (FGI-093-22).

Qualification : (i) M.Sc in Fruit Science, Fruit Breeding. (ii) M.Sc in Forestry, Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, and Alied Sciences.

Salary : (i) Rs. 25,000 per month (fixed) + HRA for first two years. (ii) Rs. 28,000 per month ( fixed) + HRA.
