Essential qualifications:
For JRF:
1. B.V.Sc. & A.H., other professional degree with NET qualification
2. M.V.Sc. VPHE/Animal Biotechnology/ Vety. Microbiology
OR
M.Sc. Biotechnology/Microbiology/Life Sciences with NET qualification
For SRF: Qualifications as prescribed for JRF with two years of research experience
Desirable: Research experience in Molecular Biology/ Epidemiology
No. of Posts: Two
Age (upper age limit): 40 years for men; 45 years for women
i. Upper age limit will be relaxed by 5 years in case of SC/ST & PH Categories
ii. 45 years age for in-service candidate of Agricultural Universities

Emoluments: Rs.25,000/- per month + HRA as per Govt norms (For JRF) Rs.28,000/- per month + HRA as per Govt norms (For SRF)
