Project : ‘Seasonal dynamics of Microzooplankton and their trophic role in the pelagic food web of the Northern coastal waters of Bay of Bengal’
Essential qualification: M.Sc in Zoology / Marine Sciences / Environmental Science / Life sciences with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognised university.

Emoluments: Fellowship of Rs 25,000/- plus HRA (NET/GATE qualified) for the initial two years and in third year Rs 28,000/- plus HRA will be provided. Fellowship of Rs. 16000/- plus HRA for the (Non NET/GATE qualified) for the initial two years and in third year Rs 18,000/- plus HRA will be provided.
Age limit: 28 years as on 30th September 2017.

established on 1st July, 1916 to promote survey, exploration and
research leading to the advancement in our knowledge of various aspects
of exceptionally rich life of the erstwhile British Indian Empire .The
