Job Description
- Experience in assisting account Manager in keeping the books, maintaining accounts in Tally.
- Correspondence with vendors / suppliers / Customers to collect / issue invoices and make / collect payments and reconcile respective accounts.
- Work with quality department in analyzing data related to bookings and payments and maintain spreadsheet and reports related to it.
- Should be able to take work under a mentor / senior and execute all accounts & quality work delegated to him.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Work experience of min. 1 yr in accounting field.
- Good MS office skills esp. excel. Decent English written communication skills desired.
- Microsoft outlook / working knowledge of email software desired
- Person should be willing to learn and contribute to company's growth
