Job Description:
- Maintaining day to day accounts in Tally.
- Managing Petty Cash.
- Managing document storage.
- Managing test certificates.
- Making invoices and dispatch documents in tally
- Making offers and po in tally
- Submitting all dispatch documents to customers by email.
- Submitting all documents with materials dispatch to the transporter / customer.
- Handling day to day bank RTGS and cheque deposits.
- Preparing Bank reconciliation
- Making payment follow up calls to customers and responsible for collection on due date.
- Handling all necessary returns such as TDS and GST cum Challans
- Responsible for bill verification and payment to vendors
- Excellent knowledge in TALLY with experience in accounting.
- Experience in Invoicing, Accounts payable and Accounts Receivables.
- Should have knowledge on TDS Entries, Filing quarterly TDS returns
- Should have complete knowledge of word and excel and emails.
- Understanding of trade and accounts.
- Experience in steel trading shall be preferred
- Ability to communicate in English and Hindi fluently.
- Should have knowledge on TDS Entries, Filing quarterly TDS returns
- Friendly and polite (manners cost nothing after all) ,Efficient.
- Able to work from Morning: 9:30 am to evening: 7:00 pm
- Must be able to reach office on their own.
