Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious Junior Accountant to provide support to auditors of our Automotive Workshop based in Bachupally by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Manage Billing system and generate invoices.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Hands-on experience in Ms Excel
