Job Description
Exp. in a construction company is preferred.
1.Experience in project accounting.
2. Cash vouchers preparation.
3. Labour bills preparation
4. Checking vendor bills with the purchase order.
5. Monthly reconciliation
6. Preparing all Accounts ready for internal audit on a monthly Basis
7. Closing cash and bank Dockets on monthly basis
8. Raising purchase orders
9. Stores auditing, physical stock verification on a monthly basis
10. Send daily reports to head office
11. Send Daily Cashbook report to HO
12. Should have good exposure in accounting packages related to Accounts like Tally, PACT etc.
13. Willingness to work at sites.
2 to 3 years of exp.
