Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Assist in entering financial data into accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
- Reconciliation Assistance: Assist in account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues.
- General Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data filing.
