*Job Title: Junior Accountant*
*Location:* Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka
*Salary Range:* ₹1,44,000 - ₹2,16,000 per annum

*Job Description:*
We are currently seeking a Junior Accountant to join our client firm's team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to gain valuable experience in accounting.

*Responsibilities:*
- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.

- Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

- Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.

- Support senior accountants and management with ad-hoc financial tasks and projects.

- Adhere to financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Previous experience in accounting or finance preferred but not required.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
