Junior Accountant Job in HiCube Designs at Kharugli, Guwahati

HiCube Designs is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and petty cash records.
• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
• Process vendor payments and follow up on receivables.
• Organize and maintain financial records and supporting documents.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing and audit activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients on finance-related matters.
