Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and be comfortable working with financial data and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and assist in daily accounting tasks.

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.

Reconcile bank statements and assist in month-end closing.
Utilize MS Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Coordinate with customers regarding orders, payments, and queries.

Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (if applicable).
Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (for data entry, financial analysis, and report generation).

Ability to operate accounting software and other finance-related tools.

Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes and accounts payable/receivable functions.
Soft Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
