Job Description

Key Responsibilities: kindly Note Training will be provided by the company.

Record daily transactions in accounting software (Tally / Excel / ERP).
Maintain cash book, purchase, sales, and expense registers.
Handle data entry, invoice preparation, and bill checking.
Assist in bank reconciliation and vendor payment tracking.
Support monthly GST, TDS, and income tax filing work.
Coordinate with internal departments for document verification.
Help prepare basic financial statements and reports.
Ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and filed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: B.Com
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with basic accounting knowledge can apply).
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / MS Office
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
Soft Skills:
- Good attention to detail
- Honest and responsible attitude
- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines

Working Hours:

10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Sunday fixed off

Benefits:

Fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000 to 17000
