Job Description

Key Responsibilities: kindly Note Training will be provided by the company.

  • Record daily transactions in accounting software (Tally / Excel / ERP).

  • Maintain cash book, purchase, sales, and expense registers.

  • Handle data entry, invoice preparation, and bill checking.

  • Assist in bank reconciliation and vendor payment tracking.

  • Support monthly GST, TDS, and income tax filing work.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for document verification.

  • Help prepare basic financial statements and reports.

  • Ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and filed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.Com

  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with basic accounting knowledge can apply).

  • Technical Skills:

    • Basic knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / MS Office

    • Understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles

  • Soft Skills:

    • Good attention to detail

    • Honest and responsible attitude

    • Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines

Working Hours:

  • 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

  • Sunday fixed off

Benefits:

  • Fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000 to 17000
