Junior Accounts Assistant Gr-I
Qualification: Full Time Regular course of B.Com as well as M.Com with minimum 60 % marks in B.Com and M.Com.
Age Limit: Not more than 27 years as on 31.10.2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.12100 – 20600
HR Trainees
Qualification: MSW or MHRM or {Grad. +LLB+ PG Dip in PM/HRM} or Regular full-time MBA (HR) or MHRD or equivalent Post-graduate diploma in management (HR specialization) from recognized University/ institute under UGC/AICTE with minimum 60% marks.
Age Limit: Not more than 27 years as on 31.10.2017.
Pay Scale : Rs.12900 – 22200
Stipend during training period: Stipend of Rs.12,900/- per month plus other allowances as per entitlement. Pay Scale: After successful completion of training of one year, the candidate will be absorbed as a permanent employee in the pay scale of Rs.12,900 – 22,200/-.
Bond: HR Trainee will be required to execute and furnish a bond of Rs. 60,000/- to serve KRIBHCO for at least three years after completion of one year of training.
Mode of Selection: Eligible candidates will be required to appear in Computer Based Test, information for which will be provided in the Admit card.
Registration Fee : Candidates are required to deposit registration fee of Rs. 450/- while applying online for the above post
Computer Based Test: Eligible candidates will be required to appear for Computer Based Test objective type test at any one of the centre at NOIDA, Bhopal, Hyderabad or Mumbai. No request for change of examination centre will be entertained after final submission of online application form. However, KRIBHCO reserves the right to cancel or add any centre depending upon the response of candidates in that area/centre. Medium of Test will be in English. Duration of test will be 90 minutes. The total number of questions will be 100.
Personal Interview: The candidates who are shortlisted by KRIBHCO based on Computer Based Test score will be called for personal interview.
Final Selection: Candidates, in addition to fulfilling the requisite criteria, are required to qualify in the Computer Based Test and thereafter again in the Personal Interview separately.
