Meeting farmers and filling up their need analysis form.
- Educating farmers regarding the best protective farming practices.
- Making farmers understand costing dynamics and value proposition.
- Mapping villages as per their potentiality ( H , M , L , No )
- Mapping top three crops of each village.
- Conducting one farmer event per week.
- Demo plot implementation.
- Getting regular inputs from finalized demo plots and submitting to agronomist team.
