Job Description

We are hiring for candidates for our Corporate Office in Greater Noida, UP. The person should be proficient in Hindi and should also be comfortable with regional language of UP.
Shift: Day Shift
Salary Range: As per industry standards

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide personalized consultation to farmers. Developing and maintaining the relationship with them.
Provide technical guidance to farmers as well as field staff.
Provide accurate information for all products & services of the company to the farmers.
Develop and manage an agronomy database
Conduct field trials/tests as and when required.
Validation of existing practices in agriculture.
Co-ordinate and disseminate trainings on latest agriculture practices and products.
Conduct field trials/tests as and when required.
Abide strictly with the selling norms defined by the company. To ensure adherence to guidelines by internal & external regulator.

Eligibility:
Experience of minimum 1 year in handling calls for Agricultural Advisory.
Education: Bachelor's Degree (or Master’s), in Agriculture, Agronomy or related field of study.
