Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in AI/ML Model Development:
-
Support the design and development of machine learning models for use in classification, regression, clustering, recommendation systems, or natural language processing tasks.

Participate in data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation to ensure high-quality input for models.

Help conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) using Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
2. Code Implementation and Optimization:
-
Write clean, modular, and efficient Python code to implement AI/ML algorithms.
-
Support the integration of AI models into production systems or software applications.
-
Participate in testing and validation to ensure accuracy, performance, and robustness of the models.

Assist in optimizing model performance by experimenting with hyperparameters, feature engineering, and different ML techniques.
3. Collaboration and Teamwork:
-
Work under the guidance of senior data scientists and AI engineers on assigned tasks and sprints.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, DevOps, product owners, and QA testers.

Actively participate in team meetings, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and learn from feedback.
4. Data Handling and Infrastructure Support:

Help manage and process structured and unstructured data using SQL, CSV, APIs, and cloud data services.

Contribute to the documentation of model pipelines, processes, and version control using Git.

Learn and support MLOps practices for continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) of AI models.
5. Research and Experimentation:

Stay updated on AI and ML advancements, open-source tools, and frameworks.
-
Assist in literature reviews or feasibility studies for new projects and algorithms.

Experiment with new models and techniques under supervision to explore innovative solutions.
