Job Responsibilities: (Voice Process)

• Analyze the customer accounts
• Verifying the customer accounts as per the data available
• Assisting the regular and routine customer queries regarding Products and services of the client via Call
• Ensure that appropriate steps were taken to resolve customers problems and providing feedback accordingly
• Troubleshooting of technical issues related to customer’s services
• Communicate effectively and close looping with client in case of observations
• Updating status in internal as well as client tools
• Meet process expectations with high quality standards and adherence to SLAs

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
• Professional in conduct/behavior, appearance and communication
• Understanding of web technology and cable setup
• Must be reliable in terms of attendance and timing
• Flexible for 24X7 Shifts
• Should not have any commitments – part time courses, tuitions, etc. that hamper work performance
• Basic Knowledge of excel Basic Knowledge of Hardware (modems , Routers and Troubleshooting)
• Experience in Troubleshooting related process
• Experience in cable or telecom industry – Dish TV/Tata Sky/ AT & T
• Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems
• Good documentation Skills
