Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Analyst - Platform Control & Support (PCVM) to assist in delivering a robust pre- and post-trade compliance environment. The role involves supporting investment restriction compliance, mandate control implementation, and query resolution while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented operations environment and have strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Support Investment Restriction Compliance and mandate control implementation, including onboarding and ongoing updates. Assist in the delivery of mandate investment guideline onboarding, impact assessments, and change activities appropriate to experience level. Review work of other team members to ensure compliance and data accuracy. Support overnight violation monitoring processes, escalations, and resolution to completion. Collaborate with Investment Desks, Product Teams, and Client Executives across all asset classes to resolve investment guideline queries. Assist with pre-trade violation overrides under guidance. Maintain and update broker and ready-to-trade coding in Aladdin, supporting Trading Desks with queries and escalations. Ensure tasks are completed in line with procedures, service levels, and internal controls. Maintain procedure notes and documentation for processes and system updates. Resolve queries efficiently while contributing to a robust and efficient control environment. Skills & Competencies Knowledge of mandate control implementation and investment restriction compliance. Experience with violation monitoring, escalation processes, and adherence to deadlines. Exposure to broker and trade desk management, coding, and system support in Aladdin or similar platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to collect, verify, and maintain accurate operational data. Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail. Analytical mindset to identify process improvements and optimize workflows. Basic understanding of financial instruments and investment operations. Familiarity with coding or automation tools is advantageous. What You'll Be Like Detail-oriented and meticulous with a focus on quality and accuracy. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, results-oriented, and enthusiastic with a commitment to team success. Adaptable to change, open-minded, and creative in problem-solving. Quick learner with the ability to apply new knowledge effectively. Collaborative and committed to maintaining a robust compliance and control culture. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. Exposure to investment compliance, asset management operations, or platform control support. Familiarity with UK APAC US investment regulations and control frameworks. Skills Mandate Control Implementation, Violation Monitoring and esclation, Brocker and Trade management
