What will you get to work on?

As FinOps Analyst, you will have to work on bank account reconciliation, issues/queries raised by

Merchants, Customers or Banks in relation to Settlement, Refunds, Payments etc. You will have to deal

with different Banks for quick resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Payments and refund reconciliation with bank partners.
Co-ordinate with Banks for issues in reconciliation and payment related issues.
Maintaining Nodal Account Health by keeping check on funds lying and Age analysis of the same.
Solving tickets/queries raised by merchant, customer’s or bank.
Have good knowledge of product to resolve any customer, merchant or bank issues.
Work with Tech team for fixing refund and settlement issues.
Dealing with other team specially Support / Sales for resolution of queries.
Handling things which impact inflow and outflow of funds at transaction level.
Complete tasks considering SLAs and preparation of various reports on weekly and monthly basis.
Monthly Bank Cost and Other Reporting.

What do we expect from you?

Bachelor’s degree.
Good communication and writing skills.
Good analytical skills.
Excel knowledge will be preferred.

Salary - 3.5 LPA
