Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and creative Junior Architect/Interior Designer to join hands with MM Design Studio. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with new clients, understand their requirements, and create innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Create space plans and furniture layouts that optimize the functionality and aesthetics of the space under the guidance of Sr. Architect.
• Develop concept designs that align with the client's vision and project requirements under the guidance of Sr. Architect.
• Conduct site visits and thoroughly understand the client's needs and preferences under the guidance of Sr. Project Manager.
• Guide clients through the design process during the initial meeting and provide them with pre-design estimates and concepts under the guidance of Sr. Project Manager.
• Collaborate with the Site Supervisor to obtain accurate site measurements.
• Generate detailed 3D renders to visually showcase the proposed designs to clients under the guidance of Sr. Architect.
• Prepare comprehensive construction drawings to guide the implementation of the design on-site under the guidance of Sr. Architect.
• Coordinate with the site team and make periodic site visits to ensure the smooth execution of the project under the guidance of Sr. Architect.

Required Skills:

Soft Skills:

• Confident and articulate in presenting design ideas and solutions to clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for development of precise and detailed drawings.
• Strong command of MS Office and Photoshop for documentation and design presentations.
• Proficiency in Google SketchUp for creating 3D models and visualizations.
• Basic Knowledge of Rendering software such as V-Ray/ Enscape/Lumion to create realistic design representations.

·         Probation Period 03 Months

·         Internship Stipend – INR 5,000. To INR 8,000.

·         Starting Package –

Bachelor in Arch (5 Yr.) - INR 2,40,000/- LPA (In Hand) a Post Completion of Probation Period.

Interior Designing Graduation (3 Yr. / 4 Yr.) = INR 2,16,000/- (In Hand) a Post Completion of Probation Period.

Interior Designing Graduation (2 Yr. / 1 yr.) = INR 1,80,000/- LPA (In Hand) a Post Completion of Probation Period.

·         We are 6 Days Off in a Month. 4 Sundays and 2 Alternative Saturday.)
