Job Description
- Hybrid Urbanists is a multi disciplinary design firm involved in Government projects i.e. master planning, layout formation and other structural works for tender stages.
- We are looking for an Architecture candidate who would be involved in design and drafting:-
Architectural & Industrial projects
- Working on Detailed working drawings (Floor plans, Sections Elevations etc).
Master Planning (industrial & residential layouts)
- Working on layout formation, area calculation, Detailed ROW, spur culverts, box culverts, storm water drain, electric ducts designs etc
- We expect the candidate to have sound knowledge of architectural standards. We would prefer a candidate to be self motivator.
Responsibilities and Duties
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor of Architecture minimum 1-3 years of experienced in drafting to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with defined scope of work.
- Computer literate & AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SketchUp is must.

- Drafting of building plan approvals (residential & industrial ware houses)
- Drafting architectural plans for execution level detailing.
- Measurements as per IS Code
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude. Creating a good environment
- Self-motivated: Working effectively with little direction
- Ability to Work in Harmony
