Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to assist in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior architects and project managers to develop conceptual designs, prepare technical drawings, and coordinate with clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Architectural Design & Planning
- Assist in creating conceptual designs, floor plans, elevations, and layouts.
- Develop 3D models, renderings, and presentations for client approval.
- Support in space planning, material selection, and site development.
2. Drafting & Documentation
- Prepare detailed working drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
- Assist in preparing project reports, cost estimates, and specifications.
3. Project Coordination
- Work with senior architects, engineers, and consultants to execute projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for project implementation.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design accuracy.
4. Software & Technology
- Use AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software for drafting and modeling.
- Assist in BIM modeling and visualization for advanced project planning.
