Job Description

Develop concept designs, interior layouts, and municipal drawings
-
Assist in FSI calculations and project feasibility reports
-
Prepare and organize documentation for building approvals
-
Conduct site visits for measurements and verify construction against drawings
-
Coordinate with consultants to ensure timely submission of deliverables
-
Attend meetings with clients and consultants; update drawings as needed
-
Assist in preparing plans, elevations, presentations, and formatted reports
-
Review documents thoroughly before submission
-
Provide regular updates on project progress, meetings, and approval statuses
-
Good communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines
-
Basic understanding of DCPR 2034, municipal drawings, and MCGM processes
-
Fast learner, especially regarding updates to building regulations
Technical Skills:
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other CAD tools
-
Familiarity with rendering software such as Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape
-
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
-
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Soft Skills:

Creative thinking and an eye for aesthetics

Strong communication and presentation skills

Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
