Job Description

Job vacancy for junior architect with 0-1 year of architecture experience. The candidate must be proficient in Photoshop, SketchUp, and CAD design. They should be able to manage both inside and outside projects.

Responsibilities:
Assist senior architects in the development of architectural designs for various projects.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and documents.
Conduct site visits and gather necessary data to support project planning and execution.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Review and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
Support the preparation of project proposals and presentations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.ARCH) or related field.
0-1 years of experience in architectural design or related fields.
Strong portfolio showcasing design work and technical skills.
Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
