Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Architect to join our design team. The role involves preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, and working closely with clients and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, design skills, and the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic designs.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software.

Collaborate with senior architects and project teams in concept development, design presentation, and working drawings.

Consult with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget, ensuring designs are developed with client consent.

Develop design proposals, material specifications, and layouts that align with project goals and regulatory standards.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent is implemented accurately at the site.

Participate in design reviews, site visits, and project meetings to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
