Job Description

Project of approx 6 months. Have to coordinate with senior interior designer , landscape designer, architect and supervise the entire Housing project with all technical ppl involved (AC, false ceiling, masons, electrical, plumbing, painters, home automations etc without any rework). have to keep accountability of the materials also.

Job is full time job and holidays only on Sundays.

Documenting projects for construction and permitting;

Assisting with conceptual design, construction documents, material research, code analysis and preliminary specifications;

Communicating with other disciplines to ensure coordination of project documents;

Attending project team meetings;

Preparing and developing design imagery for presentation materials;

Adhere projects to established budget;

Establishment & Assembly of drawing sets and company drawing standards;

Works closely and effectively with leadership to keep informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately;

Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with sensitive client information.
