Job Description

A junior assistant is basically support staff.
They are the first officers that the public connects with to air their grievances or look for help, before being directed to higher officers or supervisors.
Their liability of the junior assistant is to assist the senior staff in whatever they might need help with.
They have the responsibilities of dispatching office memos, preparing arrear statements, registering files, typing up work and recording and indexing files as well.
Candidates should be able to multi-task efficiently in their field of work, and should have the ability to move flawlessly from one activity to the next.
A number of senior officers will assign the junior assistant work throughout the day.
It will be a major credit to the candidate if he or she is able to keep up the continuing load of work throughout the day.
